Letter From Iraq 6/7/08
To everyone in Post 62, special thanks to the
Riders group,
I am currently in Kuwait/Iraq on
deployment as a US Navy Corpsman and I received a box full of great gifts from
you all at the post. My Uncle Jim and Aunt Fran are members of the Riders group
and told me how many great things you all do for the troops. I think it is
great. Not only did they send many useful things like wipes, snacks, reading
material, and thank you cards but a way to contact you and say thank you. I
split the box up with many other shipmates in my shop because it was bountiful.
The point of contact on the letter left in the box was Karon Quigg, please
notify these great people who helped out and continue to show support that it is
much appreciated and makes us look forward to coming home knowing that people
care about us and understand. Thank you, once again.
Very Respectfully,
HM3 Robinson, B.M.

Sir,
I just wanted to write a quick note to say thank you to you, Karan Quigg, and the American Legion Riders Post 62 of Arizona for the care package I received!!! It is nice to know there is so much support from home for all of us over here. I am very proud of what we do everyday and the difference that we are making in lives we may never meet. I have seen so much and have met many great people, I see the difference we all make here. I feel lucky to be a part of this team!!
Thank you again for everything you have done and do for us.
